Booking Process

To secure your reservation for our activity, we kindly ask that you provide a few essential details. This includes the full names of all participants, a primary email address and phone number for confirmation and updates, the number of travelers in your party, and your preferred activity date. We are pleased to offer flexible arrangements for your accommodations. You have the option to include your hotel details at the time of booking or to add them at a later date. If you have not yet finalized your hotel, you are welcome to book the tour now and simply provide your hotel address to us any time before the activity begins. This flexibility is designed to make planning your trip as convenient as possible. For your convenience, we provide two secure and simple payment methods. The first option is to Pay Now Online, allowing you to complete a full 100% payment in advance. This guarantees your reservation and means no further payment is required on the day of the tour. Alternatively, you may choose our Reserve with 30% deposit option. This allows you to secure your spots immediately with a modest 30% deposit paid online. The remaining 70% balance can then be settled comfortably on the day of the activity itself, either in cash or via a secure digital payment. Both options fully confirm your booking, giving you complete peace of mind.

Important:We offer two convenient and secure payment options processed through PayPal. You may choose to Pay in Full Online or Secure Your Spot with a 30% Deposit, paying the remainder on the tour day. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. Hotel details can be provided now or added before your activity. Simply submit your group's information to complete the reservation.

The lead booker must be 18+ to make a reservation. For special requests or exceptions, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

Rules:

  1. Personalized itineraries are welcome and can be arranged upon request.
  2. Flexible drop-off at any location within Tokyo is available. Guests may also choose to stay at the activity location (e.g., Nikko) after the tour concludes.
  3. All required guest details must be provided to confirm the booking.
  4. For the safety of everyone, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  5. If a guest misses their scheduled tour and wishes to reschedule, a rebooking fee will apply to cover extra pickup costs.
  6. Guests aged 15-17 may book independently. Any guest under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Payments & Fees

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers (not offered directly but it is possible if you contact us)
  • PayPal

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance is due according to the schedule provided in your booking confirmation.

Note:The user is responsible for ensuring all payment information is accurate and complete.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us by contacting with us. Cancellation policy will apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before service: 4% fees will apply
  • 21-30 days before service: 5% fees will apply
  • 11-20 days before service: 6% fees will apply
  • 7-10 days before service: 7% fees will apply
  • 4-7 days before service: 8% fees will apply
  • 2-3 days before service: 9% fees will apply
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will be subject to a cancellation fee. However, bookings made within 24 hours of the tour date can be canceled without any charge: 10% fees will apply

Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours after booking but if the customer booking is made less than 24 hours before the activity, cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fee for this case is 5%.

Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.

Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (change of date, time, or service), please contact us as soon as possible. Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

There is no fees for modifications you can modify your tour as you want.

Responsibilities

We are responsible for providing the services described in your booking confirmation with reasonable skill and care. We will make every effort to ensure your experience meets the standards described.

  • Provide accurate information required for the booking
  • Comply with all safety instructions and guidelines
  • Treat our staff and vehicle with respect
  • Inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if you engage in dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Liability

Currently we don't provide any kind of liability or insurance coverage.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information to process your booking and provide our services. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with service providers essential to delivering your booking (e.g., accommodation providers, transportation companies).
